Our Cuisine At O’Connell St Bistro we source the best available seasonal produce from New Zealand & overseas, which is prepared & cooked in the modern European Bistro style to highlight the natural flavours & qualities of the produce. DINNER MENU LUNCH MENU SET LUNCH, PRE THEATRE & SUPPER MENU HEAD CHEF, STEPHEN WARD Stephen is NZ trained, and has previously returned from London where he worked at Terence Conran's Bluebird restaurant. Stephen has been with the Bistro since November 2000.
